Abstract from License Agreement
between
The International Association of Lions Clubs
and Vel Art Production
dated the 1 st day of May 2004

Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the non-exclusive right and license to use the mark as shown above as trademarks on Bronze art and brass products as produced by Vel Art and approved by Lions Clubs International and sold only to Lions, Lioness and Leo clubs and districts in the territory consisting of The Entire World.

Vel Art agrees to pay Licensor, quarterly, a royalty of 15 % of the gross sale price of each item sold.
